Shipping

How long does it take for my item to ship?

Most orders take 3-5 business days for processing before your items dispatch. Certain items may require additional processing time – any extended timelines will be clearly noted on the individual product page.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. My goal is to expand globally! Please sign up for any updates on international shipping.

Can I update my shipping address after I’ve already placed the order?

Please email shop@jourdanlouise.com with your order number and the correct shipping address within 24 hours. You can edit your order at any time within 24 hours of placement.

I made an order then found more stuff I liked so I made 2 orders in one day. Can I combine them to pay one shipping fee and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?

Several shipping options are offered, however please note that processing may take 3-5 business days for fulfillment. If you need something urgently please contact shop@jourdanlouise.com ahead of time.

Returns + Refunds

Do you accept returns?

My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, because products are made to order, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues.

I received my order and there is a damaged item, will you provide a return label?

If for some reason you received your item damaged, you can email us at shop@jourdanlouise.com and we will help resolve the issue. After you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to address any quality issues.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please email shop@jourdanlouise.com within 24 hours. You can edit your order at any time within 24 hours of placement.

When will you be restocking?

It’s just me and my 3D printer over here! I restock as quickly as I can, but each piece takes time to create. Visit the individual product page to sign up to be notified when an item becomes available or join the mailing list to be informed about the newest drops.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

Order confirmations should be received immediately after your order is complete. Check your spam folder and if you did not receive a confirmation however your card has been charged, please email ​shop@jourdanlouise.com​. Make sure to save your order number for your records.
